Managing Director
Mark John Stewart is the Managing Director of Wentworth Strategy Group. For 15 years, he has served as President of marketing agency FlyPrint. He is an advisor and past board chair with Empowerment Squared, a Canadian charity dedicated to empowering newcomer, refugee and marginalized youth and communities in Canada, Liberia, Ghana, and South Africa. Mark John regularly presents to audiences across the world on strategy, governance, leadership, and professional development. He is a TEDx speaker and has been published in the Journal of Professional Communication. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Health Trust.
Mark John has been recognized as one of CBC's Top Five Young Professionals to Watch and one of Hamilton-Halton's Top Forty Under 40. He was celebrated as the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce's Young Professional of the Year, was the recipient of the Business and Professional Excellence Award at the Reverend John C Holland Awards, and was awarded the McMaster Alumni Association Hamilton Community Impact Award.

Mark John Stewart

Currently an instructor in strategic management with the McMaster-Syracuse Master of Communications Management program, Mark John’s academic leadership experience includes serving as President of the McMaster Alumni Association, as a member of McMaster’s Board of Governors, and as Associate Director, Advancement (Development and Outreach) at the DeGroote School of Business. His previous experience includes five years as the Director of Commercial Activities at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Mark holds an MBA in Strategic Market Leadership from the DeGroote School of Business and has completed executive studies at Harvard Business School and the Schulich School of Business.
