Governance is a critical capability of nonprofit organizations, but many directors do not have formal education or experience with best practices to guide them. Informed governance contributes to the overall success of organizations, enabling boards to make well-informed decisions and excel in fulfilling their fiduciary duties."
Mark John Stewart, MBA, ICD.D, Managing Director at Wentworth Strategy Group, stated:
"Professionals with a strong grasp of strategy are better equipped to make informed decisions, align their initiatives with organizational goals, and navigate complex business environments. Our new curriculum will reinforce key fundamentals of strategic management, and also consider the role of the strategist in the age of artificial intelligence by examining the use of AI to inform strategic frameworks and explore incorporating the use of AI as an organizational advantage."
